Sage is a well known herb and spiritual guide in many native culutres, it provides wisdom and knowledge bring great growth from experiences. To burn sage wards off and cleanses areas of negative spirits, energies and entities bring positive energy into the area along with peace and tranqility. Sage incense can work just as well as a sage bundle by leaving it to smoke and burn in a room to clear the energies. A delightful earth, smokey smell will linger after it has burned down to provide a safe and calming feeling when the room is cleasned. 

There are 20 sticks in each package and it is best to burn with an incense burner or a dish to catch the askes as they fall. To ignite, light the end of the stick that is covered with the incense and let it burn until the end has a red glow. Blow out the flame and it will smoke until it has run down the entirety of the stick.
